Description
The SW polymer preparation station is an effective solution for the preparation of polyelectrolytes and coagulants.
The equipment consists of a polymer bunker and preparation and dosing tanks. It mixes polymer powder or viscous solution to a uniform, homogeneous concentration, ensuring optimal performance. The preparation system can be either manual or automatic, and the entire process is controlled via a PLC control panel. The entire set is mounted on a sturdy steel frame, and the equipment is made of stainless or acid-resistant steel (AISI 304, AISI 316).

How it works
How does the SW polymer preparation station work?
- Polymer powder or viscous solution is fed into a special hopper.
- The water supply system provides the amount of water required for polymer preparation.
- In the mixing tank, the polymers are thoroughly mixed with water to create a homogeneous solution of optimal concentration.
- If necessary, an additional diluting system can be used to reduce the concentration of solids.
- The dosing system, using a pump (optional), delivers the prepared polymer solution to the sludge dewatering unit or water treatment system.
- The entire process is controlled via a PLC control panel, which allows for automation and optimization of operations.
