Description

Noggerath® Combi Mini TOP is an innovative pre-treatment plant configured with screening processes, grit separation and washing and degreasing. The unique degreasing system with air diffusers ensures effective RAT removal even at low wastewater flow rates. They can also be used for sludge and septic sludge screening.

The Noggerath® Combi Mini TOP is not only an efficient but also an innovative solution that ensures a high standard of treatment and offers many more benefits:

How it works

The wastewater is pumped or gravity-driven into the sieve section, where the collected sediment accumulates on the inner surface of the sieve, forming a barrier to the free flow of wastewater. The upstream water level is therefore increased and the actuator is activated when the set operating water level is reached. The screw conveyor begins to rotate, transporting the accumulated solids towards the next scheduled operation, until the flow path opens up and the low operating water level is reached again.
With the selected conveyor type, the collected solids travel upwards and are gravity discharged for further processing.
The screened effluent is discharged into a wider tank where sand and gravel are deposited. The sand may be further washed or disposed of in a container.
Air diffusers for flotation are used to separate the grease and dispose of it in a separate container.
During automatic operation, the sieve operation is controlled by measuring the difference in water level (rod or radar). The difference is due to the accumulation of sieved materials on the sieve. But the sieve can be switched on using a timer to avoid long downtimes.
