Description
Noggerath® Drum Screen RSH-E is the reliable solution for separation and discharge of floating, greasy and sticky solids.
The Noggerath® Drum Screen RSH-E is reliable, continuously operating screening system for the separation of floating, greasy and sticky solids. Proven in use in both the municipal and industrial sectors. Whether further disposal or recovery of recyclables is desired – numerous municipals and industrial companies (especially food industry and slaughterhouses) trust this proven system.
Benefits:
- Compact design. The Noggerath® drum sieve RSH-E takes up less space thanks to its compact and well-designed structure, and is maximally adaptable to local conditions.
- Low operating and maintenance costs. All the main parts of the sieve are bolted in place and the side flanges of the sieving drum with cover allow easy access to the inside of the drum. This ensures not only convenience, but also minimal operating and maintenance costs.
- Fully encapsulated. The encapsulation of the hinged cover provides reliable protection against water drip losses, ensuring a clean and efficient wastewater treatment process.
- Reliable scraper. The scraper blade material ensures that the blade is in constant contact with the screen drum and effectively scrapes off even oily and sticky accumulations.
- Adaptability and integration. The Noggerath® drum sieve RSH-E is easily adaptable and integrated into a wide range of wastewater treatment processes, while a variety of additional options provide additional functionality and increased efficiency in the removal and treatment of wet materials.
You can choose the Noggerath® Drum Screen RSH-E /D, which includes an integrated Spiral Compactor SCD for additional compaction and dewatering of the screened materials. This provides additional functionality and efficiency in removing wet.
This Drum Screen RSH-E and RSH-E /D is your reliable partner not only for the effective separation of floating materials, grease and sticky solids, but also for the development of an efficient workflow.
How it works
Noggerath® Drum Screen RSH-E is an advanced wastewater treatment plant that works consistently and efficiently. At the start of the process, the wastewater entering the inlet chamber is directed to the baffle plate where the first stage of treatment takes place. Next, the liquid reaches the surface of the screen evenly and with low turbulence over the entire length of the screen drum and flows down to the discharge chamber, while the solids remain on the screen. A spray bar inside the drum plays an important role in removing residues from the sieve surface. Using technical or potable water, the spraying procedure ensures a high level of cleanliness and an optimum cleaning effect. As the sieve drum rotates, the retained solid particles are transported towards the discharge area. There, a spring-loaded scraper in constant contact with the sieve drum reliably and efficiently removes the accumulated solids. Finally, the solids separated by gravity fall into the hopper and are disposed of in a container. Alternatively, using the integrated spiral press SCD, additional sieved materials are compacted and dewatered (RSH-E/D), completing the cleaning process.
