This unique drive, mounted externally and driving the auger through the gears, ensures that the discharge area always remains clear and free of blockages. This not only solves blockage problems in the discharge area, but also increases worker safety by eliminating the need for manual removal of the waste from the discharge area.

How it works

The Noggerath® Radial Eco Drive is characterised by its operational efficiency and works with a worm driven by a gear motor, ensuring optimal power transmission. To further ensure the long-term and safe use of the machine components, a motor load meter can be connected to the drive. Two flushing systems are integrated to keep the drive clean. One flushing system cleans the gear segment and the gear wheel of fine particulate deposits and the other flushing system cleans the outer surface of the screen cylinder in the pressing area. This ensures not only cleanliness and no risk of deposit build-up, but also longer component life. The flushing system can be supplied with technical or potable water manually via a sluice valve or, optionally, automatically via a solenoid valve. This gives flexibility in adapting the plant to the needs of the process. Water discharge has also been considered. The rinse water is discharged through a drainage connection located on the trough of the press area and fed to the downstream treatment process, contributing to environmental protection and long-term process sustainability.
